Connor came up through Elliott Controls - started as a Technical Specialist, ended as a Solution Sales Consultant - so he's spent most of his career one step away from a control panel. At FMC he works the early-stage conversations: what's the mechanical plant, what are the pain points, what's actually worth scoping. He's the person to talk to when you're not sure yet whether you need a retrofit, a new install, or just a better service plan on what's already there.
