Everyone in a leadership role here came up through the trade or through engineering. When you have a question or need to escalate a problem, you're talking to someone who has done the work themselves.
If it makes you better, we pay for it
Niagara 4, Tridium certification, OSHA 30, manufacturer training schools. Well-trained people do better work, and they tend to stay.
