John runs sales and marketing at FMC and spends most of his time walking buildings with facility managers who'd rather not have to think about their BMS. UMass Lowell mechanical engineering, Certified Energy Manager, and Secretary of the ASHRAE Boston chapter - which means he takes the engineering side seriously enough to show up for the association meetings. What he's best at: turning a mechanical plant and a facility team's actual frustrations into a controls scope that fits the building. He'd rather lose a deal than oversell a system.
